Brittany Llewellyn’s practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, with an emphasis on products liability, catastrophic injury, construction litigation, premises liability, and medical malpractice. Her thoughtful approach to litigation has resulted in the favorable resolution of cases in both state and federal courts. Brittany is licensed in both Nevada and Colorado.

During law school, Brittany served as Symposium Editor for the Nevada Law Journal.

Representative Experience

  • Obtained summary judgment on behalf of utility company in high exposure case where Plaintiff alleged violations of the NESC.
  • Represented industrial equipment manufacturer in a breach of contract case. After 8 days of trial, secured a complete dismissal of all claims against the client.
