Aaron S. Motschenbacher

Aaron Motschenbacher is a Nevada and California insurance defense attorney with extensive litigation experience in the following practice areas: general/premises liability, including negligent security cases; commercial and personal automobile and trucking liability (including cases involving SIU); products liability; construction defect and construction contract disputes; insurance coverage disputes; professional negligence/malpractice; and business litigation/contract disputes. Aaron has considerable experience handling cases involving catastrophic injuries and death. 

Prior to graduating from law school, Aaron was a multi-line commercial claims adjuster for larger insurance carriers and a third-party administrator. This experience provides Aaron with a unique perspective on the collaboration required between clients, carriers, attorneys, and others throughout the litigation process to minimize clients’ risks and to maximize the potential for cases to resolve as early as possible. Moreover, Aaron was a claims examiner and appeals specialist for the largest health insurance carrier in Hawaii, giving him a firm understanding of methodologies used to investigate medical care and medical billings.

Aaron prides himself on giving back to the community.  As the proud father of three children born with an ultra-rare, life-limiting, and incurable disease, Aaron has an intimate understanding of challenges faced by children who need resources and support to maximize their abilities and enjoyment of life.  Aaron routinely counsels vulnerable families on how to advocate for their children and how to get the resources and support their children deserve. Further, Aaron has been recognized by the State Bar of Nevada Board of Governors for his pro bono representation of abused and neglected children in foster care placement which helps give these children a voice in their own destiny.
