Marriah Paige is a detail-oriented strategist and trusted advisor who brings a unique blend of compassion and tenacity to high-stakes litigation. Focusing her practice on wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, and medical malpractice, Marriah represents a diverse range of clients, including rehabilitation hospitals, home health agencies, commercial retail entities, and transportation providers.
Marriah is known for her ability to make the complexities of the litigation process accessible and manageable. She is a highly relatable advocate who prioritizes making her clients feel supported and comfortable at every stage, from the initial investigation to trial. This same interpersonal ease serves as a strategic advantage in the courtroom; Marriah’s ability to build rapport—even with opposing witnesses—allows her to navigate difficult testimony effectively, while her unwavering preparation ensures her clients' interests are rigorously protected.
Her experience spans the entire litigation lifecycle, including taking and defending depositions of expert witnesses and corporate representatives and successfully navigating complex mediations. Before joining WWHGD, Marriah developed a robust foundation, prosecuting and defending Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, property management companies, health care providers, municipalities, and individuals in a broad range of high exposure and complex disputes in both Federal and State Courts.
Marriah is a deeply engaged leader in the Georgia legal community. She currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers (GAWL) and is a graduate of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Leadership Academy. She also serves on the Executive Board of the Gate City Bar Association, having previously participated in the organization's Inaugural L.E.A.D. Class.
Originally from Illinois, Marriah moved to Metro-Atlanta in her youth, fashioning herself as an "imported peach." She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Marriah is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., a published author, an avid traveler, and a dedicated mentor to young adults.
