Diego Rosette
Diego Rosette is an Associate in Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial's Miami office.
Diego’s practice primarily focuses on civil and commercial litigation matters, including catastrophic injury, commercial trucking accidents, premises liability, and product defect claims. Prior to completing his formal legal education at the University of Miami, Diego received his B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University where he was a John Kluge Scholar. While in law school, he worked at both the state and federal public defender’s offices, and at a civil litigation firm with a First Amendment practice. Diego has a zeal for oral advocacy and trial work. As a law student, he was awarded the Best Oral Advocate award at both moot court competitions he participated in and Honors in his school’s Litigation Skills program.
Diego is a native of Mexico City and is fluent in Spanish. Before commencing law school, he worked in politics as a consultant, speechwriter, and grassroots organizer. In his spare time, Diego competes as a triathlete, is a dog-dad, and an avid tennis player.
