Overview
Rosemary Missisian is a Partner in the Las Vegas office who has extensive experience on complex litigation involving casino and resort properties, manufacturers, and corporate clients. Her practice includes a broad range of disputes involving catastrophic tort, product liability, business torts, healthcare matters, employment issues, and contract disputes.
Her practice is informed by early experience in the judiciary, including a clerkship with the Honorable Deborah Agosti, then Chief Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court, which provided her with a strong foundation in appellate review and litigation strategy.
She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Rosemary has contributed to legal scholarship, including work on the Nevada Appellate Practice Manual and the 2002 Report of the Supreme Court of Nevada Jury Improvement Commission. She is actively involved in professional and community organizations, including the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys and the Board of Directors for Las Vegas Breast Cancer Warriors.
