Louise Ann Kelleher Appointed to Atlanta International Arbitration Society

ATLANTA (March 1, 2018) – Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial is pleased to announce that Atlanta-based Partner Of Counsel Louise Ann “LouAnn” Kelleher has been appointed to the Board of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society (AtlAS). The nonprofit organization seeks to promote Atlanta as a venue for international arbitration.

AtlAS works with leaders in government, the State Bar of Georgia and the judiciary to ensure that Georgia’s laws and bar rules are supportive of international arbitration. It also educates judges, neutrals, lawyers in private practice, corporate counsel and law students regarding the benefits of an international arbitration center in Atlanta.

LouAnn has experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. She has represented international corporations in U.S. products and premises liability litigation and arbitrations and also has represented foreign insurers in complex U.S. insurance coverage litigation and arbitrations. She has been a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London for almost nine years and has practiced law in the international arena for more than 30 years. She also has taught International Arbitration at Szeged University Faculty of Law in Szeged, Hungary.

LouAnn earned her undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University and her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law.
