Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial Continues National Expansion by Entering the Houston Market

ATLANTA, June 10, 2024 Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial (WWHGD) is pleased to announce the opening of its office in Houston, Texas. Following the firm’s new location in Phoenix announced last August, this continued westward expansion underscores the firm’s commitment to responding to its longstanding clients’ need for outstanding complex litigation services across the country.

Chaz D. Klaes joins the Firm as a partner along with a team of eight attorneys to immediately establish Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial as one of Houston’s preeminent law firms for high-stakes litigation. “I could not be more thrilled and honored to be tasked with opening the Weinberg Wheeler office in Houston.  I believe the firm’s stellar reputation, scope of practice areas, and talented lawyers made this the perfect opportunity to develop a prominent presence in the booming Texas legal market,” said Klaes.

Klaes has earned a reputation for his diverse litigation practice in which he represents domestic and international insurers in first-party property and third-party general liability matters across the nation. Recognized by Super Lawyers for Personal Injury in the Houston area, his first-party practice involves losses throughout the U.S. related to complex physical damage as well as product liability issues. Klaes’ third-party practice has encompassed a wide range of matters, including oil well/rig injuries, premises incidents alleging defects and negligent security / shooting issues, environmental hazards / losses, and trucking accidents involving cross-border transportation companies.
