Published Opinions

Cause no 22-40654, Mario A. Velasquez v. Benteler Automotive Corp, et al.

This appeal was made by Benteler Automotive Corp. and Benteler Automotive-Mexico arguing the District Court was incorrect in granting a Motion for Summary Judgment as to their Status as “Sellers” for purposes of claims for defense and indemnity pursuant to Chapter 82 of the Texas Civil Practices and Remedies Code.

The Fifth Circuit, in a Per Curium opinion, affirmed the granting of the Motion for Summary Judgment.
