LexisNexis 'Case of the Week' Gas Explosion Defense Verdict

Atlanta (May 8, 2017) --- WWHGD was featured as the LexisNexis "Case of the Week" for David Matthews’s gas can explosion defense verdict in Iowa.  WWHGD is the first firm to be recognized twice by LexisNexis in their "Case of the Week" feature.

David received a defense verdict in a wrongful death case involving an alleged product defect for a gasoline container.  More details on the case can be found on “Defense Verdict for Gas Can Manufacturer in Wrongful Death Product Liability Case”.
