Overview

Reed Homen focuses his practice on a variety of litigation matters, including complex and high-stakes litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, business disputes, premises liability, personal injury, and probate disputes. He also has experience in first- and third-party insurance defense, as well as uninsured and underinsured motorist claims. 

Reed has experience handling cases from pre-litigation through all states of litigation, from early case assessment and resolution through trial. He takes a strategic, client-focused approach to dispute resolution, emphasizing practical solutions while positioning clients for successful outcomes both in and out of the courtroom. 

Drawing on a background in engineering, construction, technology, and electronic medical record systems, Reed brings a unique analytical perspective to complex legal matters. His practice is further supported by experience in legal research, deposition preparation, and litigation strategy. 

Reed earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston and his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. He also served as a volunteer with the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center, assisting with justice court mediations throughout Harris County.
