Carter D. Bishop

Carter focuses his efforts on defending his clients in cases related to Premises Liability and Negligent Security, Product Liability, Commercial Litigation, Trucking, Transportation, and Intellectual Property. Carter represents clients in the trucking, manufacturing, insurance, entertainment, and hospitality industries. A strong communicator, Carter makes every effort to know all the players in the industry, from opposing counsel to other defense attorneys and judges.

Prior to joining WWHGD, Carter served two summers as a summer associate at the firm as well as a judicial intern at the Georgia Court of Appeals.

In his free time, Carter enjoys golfing and attending Georgia football games.
