Jason T. Vuchinich
Jason T. Vuchinich’s civil litigation practice focuses on catastrophic injury cases, often in the premises liability, transportation, and product liability contexts. He has represented a broad range of clients from national corporations and manufacturers, commercial and residential property owners, transportation companies, and small businesses.
Jason has litigated a wide variety of cases from the pre-suit stage up through defense verdicts at trial. With litigation experience in both Federal and State Courts, Jason strives to provide the optimal outcome for clients be it through direct settlement negotiations, mediation, or jury trial. He takes pride in his thoughtful and resourceful approach to the relentless representation of his clients. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and political science from the University of Mississippi.

Represented international product manufacturers in business litigation disputes and cases involving catastrophic injury.
