Carol Michel Presents Webinar on Wearables

Atlanta Partner Carol Michel will present a live webinar on " Self-Tracking Wearable Device Data Evidence".  The course will educate attendees wearable fitness devices and the scope of real time data collected by these devices, the ability to retrieve and store this data and the uses to which this information may be put in a legal setting.   The course will also cover the current state of the technology, the cope of the data collected, the ever expanding uses to which this data may be relevant in legal proceedings and the pitfalls that may arise with discovery and use of this information.
