Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial partner Billy Gunn was featured as a panelist on November 13 for Best Review magazine’s webcast on “The Next Wave: Excess Casualty Markets Brace for 2010.” Mr. Gunn was joined by others from the industry to discuss how commercial insurance entities can be susceptible to catastrophic liability and how it can potentially affect a company’s prospects. Other panelists included Jeremy Johnson, President of Cat Excess Liability at Chartis; David Bresnahan, EVP of Casualty, Programs and Healthcare at Lexington Insurance; and Neal Glazer, partner with D’Amato & Lynch.
