Kenneth Hester v. Whatever It Takes Transmissions & Parts, Inc.

In a Kentucky-based case, the former President and CEO sued WWHGD client, Whatever it Takes Transmissions & Parts, Inc., for alleged age discrimination, retaliation, and violation of Kentucky wage payment law.

The Bullitt County Court granted summary judgment in WWHGD client's favor as to all of the plaintiff's claims.
