Defense Verdict

The jury returned a defense verdict after a five-day jury trial on the former employee’s claim for retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  The Court previously dismissed the plaintiff’s claims for sex discrimination, negligent supervision, and emotional distress based on our client’s motion for summary judgment.
