
Overview
Varad Dabke is an associate in the Atlanta office. His civil litigation practice focuses on premises liability, trucking, and transportation matters with a particular emphasis on cases involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
Within his first three years of practice, Varad secured summary judgment in more than five separate premises liability cases. He has first and second chair trial experience from jury selection through closing argument and verdict. He has also handled appeals including direct and interlocutory appeal. Varad’s litigation experience has encompassed countless depositions, cross examinations, hearings, oral arguments and pre-trial and post-trial motions.
He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, Varad competed and routinely placed elimination rounds in advocacy competitions at the state and national level.
Varad was raised in Columbus, GA. In his free time Varad enjoys playing tennis and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

Representative Experience
- Sonia Morales/Yolanda Villafana v. Ricky Langston. Defense verdict in multi-Plaintiff rear-end car accident case involving defense of sudden emergency. Delivered closing argument before jury in Dekalb State Court and argued pretrial, midtrial, and posttrial motions -- successfully barring key pieces of evidence and expert testimony.
- Malik Clark v. CL Cascade, LP – Gwinnett State Court. Received summary judgment for out of possession landlord involving case of alleged cabinet collapse inside apartment unit.
- Omekia Patterson v. Village South 134, LLC et. al. Received summary judgment for out of possession landlord and property manager involving case of alleged stairway collapse in common area of apartment.
- Cheryl Eroh v. Rodney Deney. Received summary judgment for individual property owner insured in relation to allegation of hazardous condition and alleged injury posed by tree collapse on rental property.
- Brenda Durham v. MTO Homes, LLC . Received summary judgment for out of possession landlord and property manager involving case of alleged negligent installation, inspection, and maintenance of allegedly loosened handrail inside dwelling unit.
