W. Samuel Markle

Sam Markle is an associate in the firm's Atlanta office and has experience handling litigation involving trucking and transportation-related claims, as well as a broad range of general liability matters. 

Sam earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law in 2025, where he was a member of the Business, Bankruptcy, & Tax Law Society and the Sports & Entertainment Law Society. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance, along with a certificate in legal studies, from the University of Georgia in 2022. While at UGA, Sam served as president and social chair of Beta Theta Pi and was a member of the club golf team.
