Overview

Hayley Kehner is an associate in the firm's Atlanta office who focuses exclusively on construction litigation. She represents architects, engineers, and other design and construction professionals in complex disputes, including contract and professional liability matters, and has played a key role in securing favorable resolutions in high-stakes construction matters. 

Hayley began her legal career as a law clerk to Judge Edward Lukemire of the Houston County Superior Court, gaining valuable experience in the judicial process. 

Hayley is committed to providing pro bono legal support to organizations focused on constitutional rights and civic integrity, as well as services for survivors of gender-based violence. 

Hayley earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law in 2019. While in law school, she served as a research assistant to Professor Richard Creswell, was selected as a student member of The William Augusta Bootle American Inn of Court, served as an Honor Court Justice, and received a CALI Award for the Social Justice Lawyering Seminar. She earned her bachelor's degree in history and English from Presbyterian College in 2016, where she served as captain of the Division I Cross Country Team during the 2015-2016 season.
