
Overview
Geoff Peplau represents clients in commercial litigation and in matters involving financial institution and bankruptcy law.
Before entering the legal profession, he graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Minor in Business Law. He then went on to serve four years in the United States Marine Corps, where he was a sergeant, combat engineer, and squad leader, leading operations abroad while stationed at Camp Pendleton. During his service, he also taught as an adjunct college professor for Central Texas College, instructing fellow marines and sailors in classroom environments amid active deployments.
Following the Marine Corps, he earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2023. While there, he received the CALI Award for Excellence and was actively involved in the Kaplan Bar Prep program, Business & Law Society, and Environmental Law Society.
During law school, he worked with staff attorneys at Atlanta Legal Aid, supporting cases in landlord/tenant disputes, family law, probate, and protective orders. He also served as a legal intern to the Georgia General Assembly Senate President Pro Tempore during the 2021 special session.
