Garrett J. McCarthy

Garrett McCarthy is an associate in the firm's Atlanta office. His practice focuses on premises liability and transportation and trucking matters. 

Garrett earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Georgia State University in 2026, where he served as president of the Moot Court team and was a member of the Order of the Barristers. While in law school, he honed his legal analysis skills as an intern at the Georgia Court of Appeals and as a pupil in the Bleckley Inn of Court. He earned his bachelor's degree in political science, cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2023.

Outside of work, Garrett enjoys spending time with friends, watching Georgia football, playing tennis, and reading.
