Overview

Caroline Valencia’s litigation practice focuses on construction-related matters. She manages every phase of litigation in her cases, from inception to resolution, including responding to complaints, drafting motions, handling discovery, depositions, and mediations.  

A Florida native, Caroline is also a double Hurricane having obtained both her J.D., cum laude, and her B.A. in Finance and a minor in Psychology from the University of Miami.

A member of the University of Miami Business Law Review, Caroline also served on the Candidate Review Committee. She was honored and received the prestigious Dean’s Merit Full Tuition Scholarship and earned multiple Dean’s Certificate of Achievement awards.  As a judicial intern for the Honorable Beth Bloom in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, she co-authored an article published on the Federal Bar Association.
