Represented general contractor in arbitration and civil disputes with owner of mixed use development. 

Represented commercial property owners association in disputes with neighboring property owners and design-build engineer.

Defended financial advisor in arbitration action filed by the advisor's former employer.

Represented a vendor in action against public hospital system in bringing claims based on improper procurement procedures and failure to comply with the Georgia Open Records Act.
