Adam Wittenstein is an Associate in the Atlanta office of Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial.

Adam primarily focuses his practice on general civil and commercial litigation, construction law, premises liability cases, professional negligence, wrongful death, high-exposure tort litigation, and employment law.

Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a construction consultant company in a case involving trespass and property damage claims.

Represented commercial property owners association in disputes with neighboring property owners and design-build engineer.

Defended financial advisor in arbitration action filed by the advisor's former employer.

Represented a vendor in action against public hospital system in bringing claims based on improper procurement procedures and failure to comply with the Georgia Open Records Act.

Represented owner and general contractor in defense of potentially high-exposure wrongful death and workers’ compensation claims.

Provided advice to national utility provider regarding contract provisions and litigation prevention practices.
