ATLANTA (January 29, 2018) --- Attorneys Tony Smith, Matt Marrone and Mercedes Ordonez co-authored an article in the 2017 edition of The American Journal of Construction Arbitration & ADR.  Their article, “Through Western Eyes: Judging the State of Arbitration Law in the Middle East,” includes a primer and introduction to international arbitration for the US practitioner with a focus on the Middle East, particularly on arbitration in the United Arab Emirates.
