ATLANTA (February 5, 2019) --- In an article published on February 5, 2019 in the Daily Report, Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial partner Stephen Mooney, who practices out of the firm’s Atlanta office, provides insight into the lawsuit filed in an Ohio federal court against American Family Insurance by agents seeking to be classified as employees in order to be eligible for benefits under ERISA.
