Partners David Dial and Tony Smith Featured in Who’s Who Legal: Construction 2017
ATLANTA (March 6, 2017) --- Managing partner Dave Dial and partner Tony Smith have been identified by Who’s Who Legal as being among the world’s leading construction lawyers. This is Dave’s 4th year and Tony’s 11th year selected for this honor.
Dave is a founding partner of the “2016 Litigation Department of the Year – Midsize Firm” and the head of its nationally recognized construction litigation practice. In addition to construction, Dave has significant experience in catastrophic cases in his over 30 years as lead trial counsel. After graduating with a B.A. from the University of Georgia, he went on to graduate first in his class from Baylor University School of Law.
Tony is recognized year after year in Who’s Who Legal and other publications for his excellence in construction litigation and arbitration throughout the world. He has also been selected to serve as an advocate or arbitrator for cases throughout the U.S. and internationally. Tony received both his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Kentucky.
