Nan Rigby to join Panel at ABA ICLC Roundtable

Nan Rigby will participate as a panelist in a roundtable for the American Bar Association's Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee.  The presentation, "Hot Topics in Employment Law and Insurance Coverage for Employment Claims," will cover recent developments in the employment law landscape that may impact the scope of insurance coverage under employment practices liability (EPL) policies and potential new areas of exposure.  Nan will present alongside Teresa Lewi of Covington & Burling, Julie Lierly of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, and Kelly Thoerig of Marsh.
