WWHGD Hosts Workshop on “Mobile Devices and Distracted Driving”

On November 7, 2012, WWHGD hosted a full-day, invitation-only workshop titled “Mobile Devices and Distracted Driving: Law, Science and Solutions.” The workshop focused on employer liability for accidents caused by mobile device use while driving.  It was attended by 50+ employers, including CEOs, in-house lawyers, and safety professionals. The event was chaired by partner Jonathan (“Johnny”) R. Friedman. The speakers included WWHGD Partners. According to attendees, the workshop was “eye-opening,” “powerful” and “truly informative.”
