Jonathan Head Featured Speaker at the 8th Annual Construction Industry Summit

WWHGD Partner, Jonathan Head, will be a featured speaker at the upcoming 8th Annual Construction Industry Summit co-hosted by the Alabama State Bar and Alabama AGC. Jonathan's presentation is entitled "Don't Bet the Company and Lose: How to Rein in Nuclear Verdicts and Avoid Social Inflation in Damage Awards".

Application has been made to the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Alabama for approval of  this course for 7.5 hours of CLE credit, including 1 hour of ethics.
