Steve Mooney Speaks to the Network of Trial Law Firms

Steve Mooney, a partner in WWHGD's Labor and Employment Litigation Practice, addressed attendees at the Network of Trial Law Firm's Annual Litigation Conference in Napa Valley, California on Friday, April 8, 2005.

Mooney's topic, "The Value of the Videotaped Deposition," discussed the practical use of videotaped depositions at settlement conferences and in trial, the pitfalls that await the unwary practitioner and in-house litigation counsel, and the rules regarding the use of this discovery tool.
