LAS VEGAS (February 6, 2017) --- Las Vegas attorney Lee Roberts article “ACA’s Impact On ‘Most Likely’ Cost Of Future Care” was recently featured in Law360.  ​ The article discusses the Affordable Care Act and its impact on insurance companies and their guaranteed issued requirement. 

Lee Roberts heads the construction and catastrophic injury practice for the Las Vegas office.   He has litigated cases in 37 states, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico in his 30+ years of practice.  He served as lead counsel in the longest civil jury trial in Nevada history on behalf of a Las Vegas casino.   He consistently is ranked in Best Lawyers of America ® and Nevada Business Magazine for his work in construction litigation.  Lee received his B.A. from the University of Virginia before attending College of William and Mary Law School.
