Partner Steve Rapp will speak at the 2017 Insurance in the Construction Industry Conference sponsored by the Seminar Group.  Steve's presentation will be the first of the two day conference.   His presentation, Recent Case Law Update, will cover the following topics:

  • Waiver and Estoppel
  • Notice as a Condition Precedent to Coverage
  • Real Property and the Your Work Exclusion 
  • General Contractor / Subcontractor Issues

The conference will take place on March 23 & 24, 2017 at the Hilton Garden Inn Midtown in Atlanta, GA.
