Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial, LLC partner Tony Smith was Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Construction LAW CLE Seminar on February 14, 2012 in Atlanta, GA. Partners John Flynn and Ross Ginsberg were also presenters. The seminar included topics such as defenses against unmeritorious demands, building "green" and settling disputes through Alternative Disputes Resolution. Mr. Flynn's topic was "Effective Bidding and Bid Protests (Dispute)." Mr. Ginsberg's topic discussed "Legal Issues Concerning Design Professionals." Mr. Smith presented an "International Arbitration Update." Neal Sweeney of Kilpatrick, Townsend & Stockton LLP served as Co-Chair with Mr. Smith.
