On February 28, 2013, WWHGD hosted a seminar titled "Corporate Liability for Distracted Driving: Law, Science and Solutions" in Houston, Texas. The workshop focused on employer liability for accidents caused by mobile devices used while driving. The seminar was attended by company executives, safety managers and in-house counsel in industries including, oil & gas, healthcare, retail and construction, among others. The seminar was presented by experienced industry professionals along with WWHGD partner Johnny Friedman. WWHGD partner Rick Sager was moderator of the seminar.
