Atlanta-based Law Firm Expands to Birmingham

ATLANTA (April 13, 2018) --- In an article published online on April 13, 2018 and in the weekly print edition on April 20, 2018, in the Birmingham Business Journal, Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial is featured for the opening of its new office in Birmingham, which will be run by Partner of Counsel Jonathan Head. Head joins the firm from Balfour Beatty Construction, a U.K. construction firm where he served as chief legal officer and senior vice president in its Orlando office. In the article, Head explains that the firm wanted to expand to Birmingham because it fits in with its character as a Southeastern commercial litigation firm, and that the office will strengthen the firm’s reach in the region. “Birmingham is a great market for a construction lawyer professionally, but it’s also a draw for me personally,” he said. “Many of Weinberg’s clients are multistate operators. We really hope to be able to broaden our relationships with them.”
