Nine Summary Judgments in Five Practice Areas Secured In One Month by WWHGD Attorneys

During a recent one-month period, attorneys across the firm secured nine summary judgments for our clients with matters spanning five different practice areas.

Three of these victories achieved for our clients involved premises liability matters, handled by Ashley Forro, Chris Garten, and Josh Wood, who successfully resolved these cases at the summary judgment stage. Gary Toman and Sarah Unatin secured two summary judgment wins in wrongful death and construction site injury matters. Johnny Krawcheck and Michael Warner earned summary judgment in a wrongful foreclosure case, while Chaz Klaes and Hugo Diaz achieved three summary judgment victories in commercial motor vehicle cases.

These achievements demonstrate the firm's coordinated efforts across practice groups within a concentrated timeframe.
