Weinberg Wheeler's Atlanta Leaser Renewal Featured in Law360 Pulse and Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Johnny Krawcheck was recently featured in Law360 Pulse and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution discussing Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial's 12-year lease renewal of its Atlanta office, which expands the firm's space locally by about 18% to roughly 75,300 square feet.

In Law360 Pulse, Johnny Krawcheck discussed how the expanded lease reflects the firm's ongoing dedication to its people and clients, noting that the new space was designed with both current and future needs in mind. He emphasized the firm's commitment to providing an exceptional workplace experience.

"We're pleased to expand our space in an office location where our employees can thrive, with access to many amenities, green spaces, and collaborative workspaces to continue elevating our legal service," Krawcheck said.

Krawcheck noted to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that the Atlanta office has grown from 24 attorneys in 1999 to more than 65 today, and that room for continued growth was central to the firm's decision to stay at 3344 Peachtree, a building owned by Cousins Properties.

"We do have some paths forward if and when, as we anticipate, we continue to expand in the existing space," Krawcheck said. "That was something that really helped us seal the deal."

Adding to growth strategy, Krawcheck also told Law360 Pulse: “The extra space in Atlanta will also be crucial to continue growing and expanding nationally because it gives us the room we need for our operations and administrative staff, which is centralized in Atlanta and supports all of the offices in our national footprint.”
