Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial Signs Five-Year Lease for Birmingham Office
Birmingham, AL., July 13, 2021 - Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial is pleased to annouce that it has signed a five-year renewal of its lease at 100 Corporate Parkway in Hoover. The firm recently celebrated its lease signing in conjunction with the Hoover Area Chamber of Commerce in a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The firm occupies 7,063 square feet on the One Lake Level of the office building and joins a prominent tenant roster, including McLeod Software Corporation. The firm was represented by Newmark in conjunction with Madison Marquette Leasing, Inc. in the transaction.
As part of the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Weinberg Wheeler also presented a check for $1,000 to the Hoover Area Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships for students in the Hoover area.
