Miami Attorneys Selected to 2011 Florida Super Lawyers and Florida Rising Stars Lists

MIAMI (June 7, 2011)—Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial proudly announces that partner Lawrence Burkhalter was selected to the 2011 Florida Rising Stars list in Personal Injury Defense: General.

Burkhalter was previously recognized as a Rising Star in 2009. He has litigated cases involving traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, severe burns and wrongful death. Burkhalter received his B.A. from James Madison College at Michigan State University and his J.D. from the University of Miami.  

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained high degree of professional achievement and peer recognition. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area.
