Daniela LaBounty Joins WWHGD Las Vegas Office

Las Vegas, Nevada (June 2018) – Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial is pleased to announce the addition of Daniela LaBounty to the firm’s Las Vegas office as an associate in the Commercial Litigation, Premises Liability & Negligent Security and Product Liability practice groups

“Daniela’s robust and diverse experience in commercial litigation strategically aligns with our innovative and proactive approach to client service and representation,” said Howard Russell, Las Vegas office managing partner. “Her unique skill set, and proven track record of practical and sophisticated counsel are a valuable asset to our clients and the firm.”

As a business litigator, LaBounty’s practice focuses on issues of risk management and dispute avoidance throughout all stages of commercial litigation, specifically cases involving product defect liability, and premise liability and negligent security. She has been selected to the Mountain States Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers Magazine and the Legal Elite list by Nevada Business Magazine since 2016.

LaBounty earned her undergraduate degree in international business and Spanish from the University of San Francisco, summa cum laude, and her law degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she was the Special Assignments Editor of the Nevada Law Journal.
