In a case in the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Ohio, WWHGD client, Whatever it Takes Transmissions & Parts, Inc.,was sued by a former supplier for breach of contract and money owed on account relating to $530,598 in unpaid invoices.

The supplier terminated its relationship with our client and then retained $876,106 of the client's property. We filed counterclaims for conversion, and the federal court ultimately awarded our client $345,508 in offsetting damages for recoupment.
