Georgia Court of Appeals Reverses Trial Court in Favor of WWHGD Client, Finding that Trial Court Erred When Entering Spoliation of Evidence Sanctions.
Through an appeal to the Georgia Court of Appeals, WWHGD counsel secured the reversal of a spoliation of evidence ruling entered by a trial court in DeKalb County in two catastrophic injury matters consolidated for purposes of discovery. The appellate decision was issued on January 26, 2023.
