U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington Grants Dismissal in Favor of WWHGD Hotel Client in Sex Trafficking Suit

WWHGD attorneys, Christopher Byrd, Shubhra Mashelkar, and Patrick Moore obtained a Dismissal for a national hotel chain in a sex trafficking suit where the plaintiff alleged they “turned a "blind eye” to illegal activity on its property”.

Ultimately, the court granted dismissal of the plaintiff’s claim for lack of personal jurisdiction and failure to state a claim.
