Overview
Will concentrates his practice on insurance defense, transportation law, and commercial litigation. A fifth-generation Houstonian, he earned his degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
A lifelong writer, Will served as Editorial Director of The Vanderbilt Hustler, an experience that propelled him toward law school at Boston College. While at Boston College Law School, he served as an editor and business manager of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest.
Will's practice is grounded in advocacy and persuasion, with a strong emphasis on rigorous analysis and research to help achieve favorable results for his clients.
