Overview
Teresa Schley is an associate in the firm's Orlando office. Her practice focuses on catastrophic injury, commercial litigation, and premises liability matters.
Teresa built her legal foundation as a personal injury paralegal in Boston. Working extensively and directly with clients, she gained firsthand insight into how claims are developed, documented, and valued from their earliest stages. Now, primarily a civil litigation defense attorney, Teresa draws on this experience to anticipate opposing strategies, evaluate claims critically, and build effective defenses for the clients she represents.
Teresa earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2026, where she served as a research editor for the Florida Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Boston College in 2022 and was a John Marshall Project Fellow.
