Overview
Seth Golden centers his practice on civil litigation including, but not limited to, trucking accidents, premises liability, negligent security, and product liability.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in Political Science from LaGrange College. During his time at LaGrange College, he was also a member of the baseball team. Seth then received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Mercer University Law School. While at Mercer, he was an active member of Mercer’s advocacy program where he competed as an attorney on the mock trial team.
Seth’s work experience and advocacy background demonstrate that he will work to obtain the best possible results for his clients.
