An experienced and skilled litigator, William Saintilus handles complex civil cases as well as general liability, premises liability and automobile liability matters. He began his legal career working as an Assistant Public Defender for the Broward County Office of the Public Defender where he managed a caseload of more than 170 cases from misdemeanor to second degree felony cases, before transitioning to private practice in 2016.
William was named one of South Florida's 40 Under 40 Black Leaders of Today and Tomorrow in 2016, and recognized in The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in 2017.

Assisted in the defense of a premises owner in a negligent security lawsuit involving the shooting of a patron.
Assisted in the defense of a trucking company involving the wrongful death of a motorist on the interstate.
Defended and obtained favorable settlement for a national restaurant in a slip and fall matter.
Assisted in the defense and obtained favorable settlement for a marine construction company in a claim involving injuries to an independent contractor at the construction site.
Assisted in the criminal defense of a defendant in trial regarding a vehicular homicide charge by the government involving the death of a minor.
