Theodore J. O'Brien


Theodore O'Brien's practice focuses on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on construction litigation, consumer litigation, real estate & financial transactions and disputes, premises liability, and negligent security. 

Prior to joining the legal profession, Theo was an executive at a financial services and conference company. During his tenure, the company grew from a fledging startup to one of the 5,000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America (Inc. Magazine's Inc. 5000 List, 2017, 2018). Theo has experience in the securities industry; he formerly worked as a Registered Representative and currently serves as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
