Phillip M. Soven
Phillip “Phil” Soven focuses his practice on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on catastrophic injury, commercial litigation, class actions, securities litigation, and premises liability.
Prior to joining WWHGD, Phil attended University of Miami School of Law on a Dean’s Merit Full Tuition scholarship. During law school, he served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Bronwyn C. Miller at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal and as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Darrin P. Gayles at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Phil also worked as a summer associate in the Miami office of WWHGD.
