Marissa T. Fehrman

Marissa Fehrman is an Associate in the Las Vegas office where she focuses her practice on premises liability, construction litigation, and commercial litigation.

Marissa specializes in representing small business owners, property management companies, and national corporations in premises liability cases ranging from slip-and-fall incidents to catastrophic events. She frequently represents a national supplier of structural building products and services in construction defect matters involving master-planned residential communities in Nevada and California.

Before officially joining the firm, Marissa was a Summer Associate at Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial.

Marissa earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law. In law school, Marissa served as a truancy judge for local high schools in the Las Vegas area and an educator with Kids’ Court School, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that prepares and educates young children about the judicial system before they are scheduled to appear in court. She also completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Peace Studies, cum laude, from Chapman University.

Marissa is actively engaged in her community. She is a member of the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys, Nevada Latino Bar Association, and Vegas Young Professionals.

She is admitted to practice in Nevada and California.
